I think she is getting money for promotion of bosecoder academy but she never once mentioned about being herself enrolled and they also don't use her photos on website for promotion. So she is just doing promotion nothing else
She was doing add for bosscoder, the sad part is she should tell that this is add otherwise this creates a delima in aspirant minds. They guys do anything for money, aspirants need to be smart enough.

This may not be the case most of the times, Google is known for asking very difficult problems in the interview. Leetcode and simple Code forces questions do not suffice at all.
The podcast was fine n all but the most important point got missed out and that’s what in the first place worked for her in getting a call from the recruiter for google, because the whole point of mentioning a tier 3 college in the title was the fact that these companies don’t consider people from tier 3s

Why everyone is writing tier 3 etc . If there is 60 percent reservation why we are so much obsessed with IIT and NIT . More over the fees for this 60 percent peoples is very less . which is taken from our taxes .

There are several fundamental subjects like software engineering, system design, and Networking but the main part is problem solving skills which can be gained only with practice so catch one programming language (preferred C/C++). Strengthen your DSA.
@cs student Operating Systems , Database Management Systems, Computer Networks...these 3 are really important...Atleast knowing basics is required for freshers.
When Google starts laying off which it is currently doing, engineers with such high packages will have very hard time finding jobs because HRs will say that we can't afford you. Salary should be somewhat near to number of experience in IT sector. Amazon hires with 30 LPA CTC have been fired in past and had very difficult time finding job because of high CTC.
@@riteshyt8170 In India no company gives more than 1 crore CTC. I Abroad 60 crore CTC is equivalent to 10 crore CTC of India. Moreover in hand is much less(less than 50%) of the CTC. 30 crore would be stocks which you can't sell before 5 years, 10 crore will be retiral benefits, 10 crore income tax and so on.
Why were you fired from Amazon though? For performance reason? Because Amazon generally doesn't fire otherwise, they are always in hiring spree so is rarely overstaffed.
