It's not "re-examining history"... It's re-examining our relationship WITH that history. We shouldn't have statues, monuments, buildings that idolize racists. You don't see statues of Neo-Nazi's or schools named after Adolf Hitler in Germany. It's not about erasing our history either. It's about putting it in its place.
