For those who don’t have a hair dryer (like me) a q-tip with some rubbing alcohol and a needle can solve this problem (as long as you don’t plan to keep the protector). Just take the alcohol soaked q-tip and rub it around the edge a couple of times then stick the needle (or safety pin) under the edge and lift. Be careful of shards and scratching your phone though.

Useful video and thanks for providing this. Like many, many how to vids the provider takes forever just getting to the point. For a vid, have a short outline, quickly explain what you plan to show and show it. Follow this pattern...tell the viewer what you are going to do (quickly) do it, then tell the viewer again what you did (quickly).

You’re a star!! My back camera screen some cracked that taking pictures wasn’t giving 13 Max Pro anymore 😫 I was worried the heat damage to my phone or screen but did it in 2 minutes.
Tried a floss a few people on here mentioned but my gloss are too thin & flimsy so used a nearby earring point 😭🙈 I know!! I was so gentle so I didn’t scratch my phone whatsoever. Bit were coming off to begin with until the 3rd heating a whole chunk came off.
    This what I did :-
Put blow dryer heat on lowest setting, hold dryer 10-20 cm away from phone angled at back camera of course. After every 10-20seconds pick at it & it’ll all come out 🙌🏾
