I'll show you how to remove a screen protector quickly and easily and I used this method in my repair shop for many years without fail! This works on broken screen protectors and one's that are not broken too so that you can reposition the tempered glass if you made a mistake when you applied it.

I was worried about damaging my phone.....
This is the best & safest way to remove the glass. A few mins ago, I was trying to use a toothpick and credit card and the glass was chipping everywhere. I was worried I was gonna get a small shard in my hands. So I looked up another way, and this was great. I just used a business card of thick cardstock. I heated the screen protector using a hair dryer with both the toothpick/credit card and business card methods.

LEGEND! Super easy. Thanks for this. Once I knew where you were going with the business card idea, I found one on my desk and had removed the protector before the video finished! Terrific.
This method worked for me taking a cracked Gorilla glass off my Kindle Fire. I used a large piece of card cut from A4 laser printing card. I found it important to work slowly and persistently, allowing time for the glue layer to relax. Do also note that the Gorilla glass itself can break easily making very nasty splinters.
My problem was finding a business card. It worked so well. Thank you!!

I had one that was glued solid. Tried ALL the suggestions on here, but at best I chipped away at a few corners. Eventually I tried a new Stanley knife blade, kept it flat and slowly slid under. It worked a treat and didn’t damage the phone screen.

Thanks, that worked for me in about 30 seconds or less! Started at the corner with a business card. Came right off so Kudos to you. I was even using the phone on speaker while I did it an the other person was unaware. : ) This fixed the cheap glass screen protector that had cracked.

I got a free phone from Boost last year because of the 5g bs. I have had it hit the floor, but the screen protector looks cracked but the phone image is nice.
The business cards from my failed real estate business came in handy this time

Tinker Man Mick, your info did the trick on a new A32 G5 I am returning. The screen is not Gorilla glass and have seen videos using razors and did like it did not want to scratch the screen, your is the best way Thank you.

Thanks! This seems like the best way to remove a screen protector with minimal risk of scratching your phone's screen. Great video btw. Straight to the point with no annoying background music. If you don't have a business card handy, you can use a piece of cardboard stock copier paper. Also, Amazon now sells cases with built-in screen protectors. I just ordered one. I hope it works ok b/c I hate applying screen protectors. I can never seem to apply them smoothly with no air bubbles trapped underneath. (LOL).

Good tip. Had one phone that the glass seem glued to the screen and card and toothpick wouldn't separate the protector. Resorted to a carefully used Stanley knife blade which worked well although glass still cracked as it came off.

If you’re from the uk or anywhere else that uses plastic notes, use one of them, they are brilliant, but make sure they are smooth with no creases, as it could cause them to tear
