You never finished the real estate storyline. Majima also has a Legend moveset that is unlocked after finishing the cabaret club storyline that's meant to play like boss Majima from older games.

So you used a save editor to gain access to beast and legend style in a legend playthrough, and you've put both 'half upgrades' in the title and 'no mods' in the description.. You've got access to so much more than you're meant to have at this point in a legend playthrough, kinda defeats the point. The no damage is still impressive, just less so. (Oh also Quick-change clothes)
The whole purpose of me changing the difficulty to Legend is to make the challenge harder. I don't know why you are complaining. Besides, changing the difficulty of a save file is not considered modding. I did not use any moveset mods, character models, changed any songs, used a different filter etc etc. I also have only half upgrades unlocked. The ATK is upgraded to Power Surge 2 instead of the maximum which is Power Surge 4. It's a raw, vanilla game. And what with quickchange clothes?
