    Thanks for making this video! I have a really great starter, but I always worry about something happening to it. Now I can dehydrate some to have just in case. 😊

    This video is awesome. I'm traveling to Colorado to visit family and wanted so bad to share my sourdough bread with them. I will definitely be doing this. One question I have is should I feed my starter before putting it on the parchment paper to roll out or not? Thanks for this information.

      You don’t need to feed it previously

    This is great, and you can take this even step further by grinding the waffers into powder
    with a blender, then use one or two teaspoons of the powder per loaf of bread. Just rehydrate as per the video. Bonus, it will store in a much smaller container.

    is it best to dry just fed starter, or when its at peak?

    Hola, no entendí bien. Una vez la masa madre deshidratada está completamente disuelta, dices que agregues la misma cantidad de harina. Peso la masa madre disuelta para saber cuanta cantidad de harina usar o cómo? Podrías aclararme el proceso de re hidratación por favor?

      Hola! Unable vez que está disuelta la masa madre agrega la misma cantidad de harina que la cantidad de agua. Entonces si agregaste 100 gramos de agua al disolver la masa madre agrega ahora 100 gramos de harina. Perdón por la confusión

    I am triying to start my sourdough again from some dryer one and all i get the next day is a division of flour in the bottom n a light broen liquid on the top, what i am doing wrong? Please help me

      It means that needs more flour, make a stiffer dough that should work

    Can you please explain when you say Feed with the same quantity. Which quantity? You mean 100ml water and 100gr flour?
