It's a fan manga by Young Jijii, they were published and everything. I have most of the Young Jijii Dragon Ball AF Manga Series that was published in English. It's really good. You can watch the full series on RUclips but there's a few different Dragon Ball AF series by 3 different artists. Make sure you search Young Jijii Dragon Ball AF. Mondo Cool does a great full Dragon Ball AF storyline video with narration and all the manga strewn out like a movie. I highly recommend his channel.
