This is why Zenitsu is my favourite character of Demon Slayer. I love every moment that Tanjiro is on screen but I relate most to Zenitsu and care so much for him. He's strong but timid, kind-hearted but neglected. He NEEDS someone to stick with him through thick and thin for him to reach his full potential. I genuinely think that he was granted mystical powers the same way Tanjiro has enhanced 'smell', Inosuke can move his organs around and Yoriichi had so many inhuman abilities. Yoriichi himself admitted that he was sent to slay Muzan and I think that whatever sent Yoriichi struck Zenitsu with lightning so that he could survive numerous trials until he overcame his fear.

Easily his best moment when Tengen is still frozen in place Zenitsu sees Daki's attack coming from a mile away. Ominous music plays when she's about to attack, but it's Zenitsu's theme and he's already preparing the counter. Absolute beast.
Notice how when the mangaka is a woman the perverted character ( why do Japanese people keep this weird ass trope around) is actually just love sick and flustered. He never gropes or touches women inappropriately.
