This win was so wild. I mean, barely scraping by a LATAM team and a European team (no shade, but halo is NA dominant) only to go on to beat a red hot optic and wipe the floor with incumbent champs C9!? So crazy. Game 4 streets oddball vs optic was epic, and then the recharge slayer with the no scope on sword camo Formal… it doesn’t get much crazier than that. Oof

My guess is that they had studied and prepared heavily against Optic and C9 to the point that they were perhaps underprepared against Quadrant and/or looking past them.
this editing is amazing! the music choice for feel once royal2 shock rifled formal, sets a whole new takeover tone. the fact that Frosty faked out APG on that oddball, he thought frosty was coming commando side but he doesnt, come back purple side to kill him with lethul trailing lucid and just wins in a clutch clutch moment. awesome stuff sen!
I thought the exact same thing too. Someone who didn't watch this live would instantly know that the turns have tabled once that music started.

@@cucumber8089 back during reykavik the game was simpler on the pro level, you just needed to able to outshoot the opponent and nit have much of a plan as now, hence why sentinels are behind, they havent changed there strat

I was literally shaking during the Optic matchup, it was amazing. I honestly think Optic were favorites to win but got swept by C9 after as they were totally defeated by the Sen loss. So hype, let's repeat and have the Val team bounce back too!

You can't expand your mind to learn and understand other games, especially one like Halo that on a deeper level is one of the most competitive FPS games to exist and was North Americas flagship Esport for 10 years. Interesting, I feel the opposite. I had never even heard of Valorant until subscribing to the Sentinels RUclips channel for the former CLG/Optic/TOX team of Frosty, Snakebite, Royal2, and Lethul. I confused it for that Ubisoft battle royale game. Only to look it up and find out it isn't even on console.
@@DarkLordDeimos Yh its just that the aim assist on Halo Infinite is disgustingly good, so comparing it to keyboard, there isnt really any mechanical outplay like we see in valorant and other PC esports. Tbf, I grew up with a PC most of my life, only had like a Xbox 360 for like 2 years
