    ▷Ingredients
    ‣ Strawberry milk pudding
    170g . . Strawberry ( weight after stemmed )
    8g . . . . Gelatin powder
    45g . . . Water
    240g . . Milk
    100g . . Whipping cream
    70g . . . Condensed milk
    ‣Garnishing
    5g . . . . Gelatin powder
    30g . . . Water
    120g . . Hot water
    15g Sugar
    Strawberry
    ▷Strawberry milk pudding : Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
    Clear jelly : Refrigerate for 1-2 hours

    哇~好漂亮的草莓布丁🍮🍓!小兔兔的圍裙也有小小的草莓圖案呢~尤其布丁上的透明吉利丁凍和好像貓耳朵的草莓,好粉嫰好可愛!💞

    吉利丁凍好似冰塊(不會融化的冰塊😅)這幾天超熱的,來上一杯冰冰涼涼的草莓布丁。讚啦!

    請問如果用果醬的話,大約加幾克草莓果醬呢?家裡剛好有自己做好的草莓果醬。

      您好,您的草莓醬熬煮過會更濃縮,因為我不太清楚到底有多濃,您先加大約60g左右看看,嘗嘗不夠再加點,如果草莓醬是加了糖熬的,記得減煉乳的量唷🙂

      您好,等量代替就可以了唷,減去配方裡泡發吉利丁粉的水
      倒入杯子前嘗一嘗,不夠就再加點煉乳,因為草莓會偏酸或偏甜🙂

      妳好!很高興再次見到妳😊可以把草莓換成藍莓,但只需要大約70-90g左右的藍莓就好,吉利丁可以少放2g左右,煉乳先少加10g左右,嘗嘗甜度夠不夠再添加,因為藍莓會比草莓甜一些🙂
