I went for a pixie cut in 2018 and then shaved my head a couple years later. Shorter hair saves so much time in washing, drying, styling … corralling those loose strands in the shower. I’m growing my hair out again to switch it up, but going short is very liberating. No matter the length you’ll always rock it Theresa.
It takes a lot of self security to cut your hair that short even nowadays and to shave it off- even more. More power to ya sis! I chopped majority of my hair almost 21 years ago. I have super thick AF hair, and my hair was giving me migraines. I have kept it short, like near pixie cut short, since then. I do grow it to a long pixie in the winter, but then proceed to shave it in the hot AF summers in South Dakota.

I love you, Theresa, and therefore I can't let you buy that temporary tattoo printer by informing you that there are temporary tattoo papers/kits you can buy on Amazon that you can use with your existing inkjet OR toner printer. It's two components, you print on one and apply the other on top, which applies the glue and makes the ink waterproof (cuz inkjet is not waterproof on its own usually, for between $15-50. I found out recently when looking for a cheap way to do custom temporary tattoos to put reminders on my arm with whatever new habit I'm trying to develop that week. That's less than one tenth the price for 10 letter size sets that you print whatever dafuq you really want, and you KNOW that printers get you on the price of the consumables!!! So yeah, don't buy that overpriced adorable little thing!!! 🥺

Info about Suqqu: I am very pale (you wear several darker shades of fundation than me as a refrence point) and I have a gradient suqqu blush from 2018, and it is my favorite powder blush. The gradient is still going strong, and it is the perfect pale pink on me. (Almost all blushes instanly makes me look like a clown.) The gradient is with white in one end and pink in the other, and while a little more pink than when new, you can still see it is white. I love this blush so much.
That sounds great, I'm fairer than Theresa as well. I got a white foundation pigment to lighten some products and when I had this bright white on my fingers I decided to rub it on my arms just to see and it disappeared right in 😂😂 That new Suqqu blush looks beautiful, I have to use very gently pigmented blushes as well.
@@shendisackett that’s hilarious, and relatable. I too can make white pigment disapear. Honestly one of the biggest problems I have is finding highlighters that are pale enough. The base color always shows up. I’ve given up on foundation. It is either too dark, too yellow or too pink.
@@FarrowLW I have found that makeup ranges owned by black women tend to me more inclusive with shades even down our end of the spectrum because they understand what it is to be left out. Clinique used to make the most perfect cc cream for extremely fair skin, but of course it got discontinued! I just got the concealer from Rose Inc and it's lightest shade is too dark for us, so don't waste your money. It makes me sad because it's such a beautiful product on the skin. I treated myself to a couple of the lighter Pat McGrath blushes and I love those, so long as you go on the back of your hand first to take off any excess, then they build gently. I have ruined my makeup so many times with blush that now I always check the colour on the back of my hand before putting the brush to my face! Chantecaille makes a beautiful pale pink blush, the butterfly one. I never used to wear blush when I was younger as I was so scared of it, I'm 44 now and I didn't really use blush until I was about 30! I would try them and hate how they looked on me. Formulas are so much better now.
@@shendisackett blush is my favorite I think. I can’t wear any eyemakeup all day so I try to just focus on making my skin look nice. For that I do prefer cream blushes: I also feel like I have better luck with sheering them out. I can get away with the lightest shade of foundation from Pat McGrath, but what I really want is something more like What the foundation from Jones Roads (though the lightest shade is so dark, it’s silly.) I like the Mansai7 skin enhancer for lightening things. Which one do you use? The other problem I run into is being very neutral in undertone. I don’t think I’m fully olive, like Hanna Louise Posten (love her youtube channel) but I do run into the problem of thinks leaning either too yellow or too pink. That’s a shame about Rose Inc, I have heard it is so delicousoly neutral. Good to know though.

I think shorter hair would be super cute on you. Sort of long bob length, maybe shorter in the back longer in the front with a soft beach wave curled through it. If you have a curling iron of some sort the beach waves are quite easy and use dry shampoo like Amika as a texture spray to get some volume and texture or a volume and texture spray before curling or blow drying. Just make sure you have a heat protection spray for any time you wash your hair. Even if you let air dry. I think fluffing up your hair will look amazing. KMS does an awesome volume product, and it won't break the bank buts salon quality. Go do it. It will be great

@@shendisackett that’s hilarious, and relatable. I too can make white pigment disapear. Honestly one of the biggest problems I have is finding highlighters that are pale enough. The base color always shows up. I’ve given up on foundation. It is either too dark, too yellow or too pink.
@@FarrowLW I have found that makeup ranges owned by black women tend to me more inclusive with shades even down our end of the spectrum because they understand what it is to be left out. Clinique used to make the most perfect cc cream for extremely fair skin, but of course it got discontinued! I just got the concealer from Rose Inc and it's lightest shade is too dark for us, so don't waste your money. It makes me sad because it's such a beautiful product on the skin. I treated myself to a couple of the lighter Pat McGrath blushes and I love those, so long as you go on the back of your hand first to take off any excess, then they build gently. I have ruined my makeup so many times with blush that now I always check the colour on the back of my hand before putting the brush to my face! Chantecaille makes a beautiful pale pink blush, the butterfly one. I never used to wear blush when I was younger as I was so scared of it, I'm 44 now and I didn't really use blush until I was about 30! I would try them and hate how they looked on me. Formulas are so much better now.
@@shendisackett blush is my favorite I think. I can’t wear any eyemakeup all day so I try to just focus on making my skin look nice. For that I do prefer cream blushes: I also feel like I have better luck with sheering them out. I can get away with the lightest shade of foundation from Pat McGrath, but what I really want is something more like What the foundation from Jones Roads (though the lightest shade is so dark, it’s silly.) I like the Mansai7 skin enhancer for lightening things. Which one do you use? The other problem I run into is being very neutral in undertone. I don’t think I’m fully olive, like Hanna Louise Posten (love her youtube channel) but I do run into the problem of thinks leaning either too yellow or too pink. That’s a shame about Rose Inc, I have heard it is so delicousoly neutral. Good to know though.

I think shorter hair would be super cute on you.
Sort of long bob length, maybe shorter in the back longer in the front with a soft beach wave curled through it. If you have a curling iron of some sort the beach waves are quite easy and use dry shampoo like Amika as a texture spray to get some volume and texture or a volume and texture spray before curling or blow drying.
Just make sure you have a heat protection spray for any time you wash your hair. Even if you let air dry.
I think fluffing up your hair will look amazing.
KMS does an awesome volume product, and it won't break the bank buts salon quality.
