Australia is on fire with the RWB's lately. Love it and this one is very clean. A new fav.
Was an absolute pleasure to have him visit us here in Australia and to see these builds come to life first hand! You can stay up to date with the cars too with the owners (IG: @slow_33 'Stargazer' and @h.i.m.m.y 'Santoshi').
I am an advocate for keeping cars original but I cant help but appreciate Nakais dedication and work to Porsches. 997 looks mad but awesome.
I am still in favour of keeping it original, I can't tell you how much it hurts me with the machine when it cuts and drills the wheel tops, especially when it is siliconised.

At this point it's not about quality, it's about exclusivity having him mod your car, he's more of an artist than anything else. People won't drive these rwbs much, it's more of an art piece, he doesn't do more than one per customer

when I first started seeing his vids, I was such a hater. I was who tf even is this dude, smoking cigarettes, looking like he just woke up. And then slowly but surely I saw more and more and was like, okay that one looked cool, and then another one, and another, and another, and then I watched a full video and his whole process and then watched 18 more. Dude rules.
To all the haters that are whinging about perceived low quality or not their taste - the waiting list says it all! His styles look so much better than the standard lines which are good to start with, but are not unique like the customers want, the artist creates or the scene loves. If ya don’t like it, get over it 😂

The fiberglass(?) portion of the front lip looks so thin. Like it's ready to explode into a million pieces at the slightest contact. Car looks wicked though. =)

Akira Nakai was a race car driver with wide tires porche, that's why he got famous for that in Japan and starts selling body kits
@lewislevits1193 All of the RWBs in my country are owned by elites, one of them owns 3 McLarens. Hiring Nakai to work on your car with the bodykits costs more than all cars a normal guy can accumulate in his lifetime....

I would like to see the fenders connected with exposed double lock seam. Instead of the tabs and rivets. Otherwise it’s all very cool

I think the tyres are a bit small for those wheels? Could have cornering grip and steering issues if not caught/fixed….
