When it comes to food, each lion is an army of one. All love is lost. Jabari’s instinctual behaviors were on display so were Pilipili’s, who knew how to react in his lion society. Food is not an enrichment. It is a fierce competition. Love u Pili & your pride.
Since pandemic started I've watched hundreds of lion documentaries and RUclips videos and have seen so many beautiful lions and Jabari and his dad deuce is the most gorgeous of them all!!!

The females were given some bones on the other side of the habitat, far away from Jabari. The clip of Pilipili carrying a stripped down bone is from that side. The cub ventured over there but then came back to watch dad eating.
Since I've learned a LOT ABOUT LIONS, IVE learned they have INDIVIDUAL PERSONALITIES. have u noticed what kind of personalities these lions have especially jabari and pilipili?

I love pilipili he is such a wonderful mature AFFECTIONATE OLDER BROTHER, sharing his bone with his younger brother.

So did u do the editing of these videos? Like do u record the full length of time and then shorten the video?
@@beachbunny8021 While I am there I start filming when it looks like there might be some interaction. I am not filming the entire time.

Jabari was going easy on Pilipili. He's a good dad.
He is very AFFECTIONATELY LICKING his cubs but he doesn't want to share his food, Jabari is SOOO FUNNY HERE!!!

Nothing yet, it has been a cold early spring in Chicago, hopefully sometime in the next 2 weeks
Training his son to fight for food it comes naturally to lion cubs but dad just wants his genes to be strong
