- A walk down this small Downtown area in Tigard, Oregon 10 miles west of Downtown Portland. The downtown area is pretty small making this a short video.
In Tigard you will also find the Washington Square Mall about 2 miles from where this video was taken.
If you continue southwest past Tigard it starts to get rural.
The Max Light rail does not run to Tigard, but the WES train does. The WES (Westside Express Service) is a commuter rail line serving Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin and Wilsonville. WES runs on weekdays during the morning and afternoon rush hours, with trains every 30 minutes.

Eu amo Oregon, tudo é lindo!!!!! Continue filmando!!!!
Nice used to live there back in 96'. Definitely looks different.
Nice walk. Oregon is so cool. I hope you get a chance to go out to the coast for some walks too. Thanks for showing us Tigard. -Henry
Hey Henry and thanks. Yeah I was actually planning on visiting each of the biggest cities along the coast but since the virus just began spreading I figured I will wait until it dies down
Oregon sucks.
@@LongLeggedOneHave you ever been there?
Let’s see Tigard today!
Nice! always thanks!
Lindo video!!
I forgot Tigard even had a downtown.
I would like to see a video in Hillsboro OR.
Alright. I've taken one of Hillsboro already (not uploaded) but only in their small Downtown area by their government buildings. With Hillsboro being so big there are definitely some nice walking areas that I didn't get to that day. So I want to video some other parts of Hillsboro as well like Tanasbourne and Orenco or else the video would be as short as this one unfortunately
Wow, looks mostly deserted.
Half the stores are closed. What's up with them?
Gree
Where exactly on the map of Tigard are you? Is this Hwy 99 W?
👍
Frankly, downtown Tigard looks like a dreadfully boring place. Other than maybe Max's Brew Pub, I didn't see a single business there that I might consider visiting. Fail.
Yeah, exactly what I felt when I watched this Vlog. Beautiful and neat SW Main St. in Tigard, but almost no pedestrians or shoppers, lot of cars parked outside the store buildings, but nobody at all, guess all those cars were employees. Tough for the business owners who still got to pay their hired hands even without customers whole day. That creek also looked a bit filthy if you looked carefully, the dark edges along the creek looked pretty filthy dirty. A deadbeat community bedroom city, maybe good to live but absolutely boring, man. But this is a very nice Vlog to watch though.
frisco21 It is! It sucks, most of the area does.. full of snobs too. U aint missing much. I want to move.
