In late 1970's,just about one year when I was transfer from Military Fuel's Academy to Vietnam National Petroleum Company.Had known that Norwegian Deep Sea Drill's specialist are great.As I had been working with a Mexico expert on the Field.At the time,Vietnam's still surveying for Petroleum inland and Beaches.Before 1975,Russian expert said,Vietnam doesn't have Petroleum.My voice was 'small',may nobody listen.But I was thinking about deep water.As somewhere I read about possible of deep Sea Oil,in South East Asian.However I am not a professional on the Field,then those just an idea.But I well know,if Vietnam can't find Petroleum,the Country Economy never have exit.Somehow,Today I feel very close to Norway.
