Dragusin is big slow and bulky snd cant pass a ball to save his life. He panicks on the ball and decision making is particularly poor. Lacks all attributes youd expect for a centre bsck playing a high line. In an ange 4-3-3 you need a dm no. 6 or pivot no.8 who both have energy but equally as good on the ball and technically with passing attributes. If you look at the best clubs who play 4-3-3 they have players like partay rodri gravenbirch szabuzlai maccallister rice jorghino gundogan kovacic all defensive minded midfielders who are equally as good on the ball, good technically with great vision and passing. These are complete players. Our players seem limited to having pace and a good engine/ work rate but not much else. Sarr and bissouma simply will never have that passing range or technical ability we need to get in a top club.
