I hated seeing her read the hate tweets and comments, she's such a lovely, beautiful person and even though she laughed about it, it will still hurt her because words hurt and I don't think people understand that just because someone is famous/well known doesn't make their feelings any different to ours! Most of the haters and either jealous or just trolling but its not nice! The haters need to think about it being the other way and them having the comments because I'm sure they wouldn't like it!
