Lol. The Epcot comment cracked me up - I tell my husband it’s on my bucket list to visit all the countries in Epcot so that when we’re too old to travel internationally we can reminisce around the world at Epcot. Now I think I need to add New Orleans and locations for all the other resorts. 😂
my wife & i have stayed here a few times & it’s become our go to. good location. except for AK, it’s a short ride to the parks. it’s a small quiet resort. everything is close by. very good theming & not so bad food options. the boat to DS is a plus.
I agree with everything you said. What would be your favorite 3 resorts in order? I really like the Wilderness Lodge, but after staying here I love how small it is. As you said, the transportation is a huge plus.
@@alwaystraveling21 we've only stayed at a few resorts, & if i had to put them in order 1-french quarter 2-yacht club (stayed there for the 1st time last october & returning in december) 3-all star movies. i know movies doesn't get much love, but that was our 1st resort stay so it holds close to us. had a 1 night stay at riviera which was nice, but we plan on returning to french quarter next year.
YC is in a prime location for its proximity to 2 theme parks, HS & epcot. being connected to beach club, across from boadwalk resort, & a close walk to swan & dolphin resort, u have a lot of dining options as well. we even took the skyliner to explore riviera, caribbean beach, art of animation, & pop. best parts was entering epcot between the UK & France pavilions, & watching epcot fireworks from our balcony at night.
The French Quarter has one of the rarest features in a WDW resort hotel--it's small. Everything is a short walk away, from the bus service to the parks to the restaurants and store. This is a very valuable plus at the end of a long day of walking in the parks, and the connection to the beautiful riverside half of this massive resort, and its superb restaurants, is also a major advantage. And also should add that the boat service to Disney Springs is a MASSIVE plus.
I love this resort and can't wait to go back to see the new refurbished rooms. Great video.

I think it has it's own bus. We took it to Magic Kingdom and it went direct from our resort to the park.

What did you like about Yact Club? I would like to visit that one sometime. Its hard to beat the all star resort prices compared to the other resorts.
