4:30 It's likely because that was the race in the benchmark that was a gunbreaker. There possibly just wasn't a gunbreaker outfit for any other race in the files...
I wish they add or change the 123 combo of GNB. Having that 3sets of 123 just to fill the 3cartridge really makes it boring and redundant. Maybe another 60sec ogcd that adds 1 cartridge would be cool also im half expecting for Double down to have a continuation combo together with Fated circle 😂

finally 30% mit will have secondary effect, war is the only one. Other 3 tanks just generic 30% dmg reduction...thats it lol.
it has always been that way. Vengeance deals 55 potency each time war takes hit under its effect
