This is better since you can customize it compared to the TikTok template. The only issue left is that Capcut doesn't have features allowing you to cast the girl's shadow or reflection or surfaces.

do it on after effects lmao, either cornerpin the shadow or flip it as a flat plane in 3d space, fill black, and turn the opacity down (optional, add a feathered mask for shadow falloff points)

@@TheCarVideoGuy no it's not bro, You can edit the shadow's shape and size and direction it faces too, while editing, you need to have the girl on the video and then create a copy of it and then make some changes in the copy to look like a shadow or even a reflection and then you just have to invert it and place it wherever the girl is dancing.
