[Ingredients]
1/4 zucchini
1/2 onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Cooking oil
1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
Sesame
Eggs

[Cooking order]
1. Slice zucchini into half moon shapes and slice thinly.
2. Slice the onions thinly, too.
3. Mince the garlic.
4. Add cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry onions and minced garlic.
5. When onions become transparent, add zucchini and stir-fry.
6. Add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce and coat zucchini with soy sauce scent.
7. Add 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce and mix thoroughly.
8. Please make a fried egg, too.
