But in their offical notification, it is not written anywhere that PhD is mandatory for application. Only Masters degree is mentioned.

But, now no use for Msc guys, who are actually qualified for ARS scientist..we don't know who's the hell pass alll these unnecessary ruls{phd mandatory for ARS, }. I was really hurt by this rule, as I herd from some news
We can try to understand ur pain bcz u would have prepared for ARS spending a lot of time but can't help in any way with that
