yes, there are certain universities which allow msc agriculture if u have pursued bsc botany. For example u can opt for icar jrf exam,it allows non agri backgrounds
I am also a botany graduate and i m pursuing msc in biochemistry in Assam agriculture University...so don't worry you are eligible just crack the entrance examination... goodluck 👍
