if you are doing graduation then you need to do masters in English literature after that you would have to give net exam for phd or assistant professor.
First of all u should study more books and analyse with their after that do practice in front of mirror that how to speak with people bcs personality development is one of most important thing too if u want a good speaker. u must be clear voice..nd try to read peoples minds,and their problems... U will be a good speaker not now but soon.keep it up dear.
