I have a disease that makes my knees grow a lot like a lot, and I might have it for the rest of my life and I had to stop being like a liberal theory and I couldn’t crawl because I loved crawling and doing quad and all these things and going to the gym to train for and stretching before it and guess what I even had a tail and paw but Mother nature had to ruin that for me because now I have a disease that won’t let my poor poor, poor, poor knees and it still hurts. Can you recommend some stretches?
Hi! I’m so sorry that happened to you :(, personally I would say lots of knee stretches if you look some up and if you look up stretches to do before quads maybe that would help? Sorry I’m not exactly sure and I really hope you can get better! ❤️🩹
1. Not all furrys do quadrobics, it’s a completely different thing, 2. I put it in the title so I would get more quadrobists and therians watching my vid cuz that’s the audience I am targeting. I will change it but furrys and quadrobists are 2 different things.
