This is such bull sh** plain and simple. I’m all for 1st Amendment rights and I’m a Female DV survivor. I don’t care who you are or what sex you are or what you have been through in your life you don’t have a right to go in and lie about someone and to try and destroy their lives. No one should just believe all women . You believe the evidence and AH had no evidence but JD did. AH is the abuse not JD. JD was brave for coming forward with the truth and he proved it. I have known a couple of men who were DV victims and they never came forward because they knew they would not be believed, and no one should have to live that way. I agree with Steph on this 💯.These groups should be ashamed of what they are doing to the true DV victim in this case .

Well said. I went into this trial thinking damn, JD did this? But listening to the testimony, it was clear she was lying. I grew up in foster care, heard first hand what happens, and even I went, my goodness, she was abusing him and he never complained.

The case was not about freedom of speech but the responsibility to tell the truth and not falsely accuse or abuse anyone else while you use your freedom of speech.
I can’t help notice that the very people pulling the “freedom of speech” card in terms of defamation are the very same people with a history of defamation and slander towards others.

I agree! Freedom of speech does not mean or give anyone the right to lie about and or slander anyone! If a person chooses to abuse their rights of “freedom of speech” they need to be prepared to face the consequences for their actions. Amber is facing these consequences and needs to suffer these consequences to the full extent! What she did against JD was absolutely horrific. Just because she’s “a woman” does NOT give her the right to abuse anyone!

Being judged by a jury of your peers is the only fair way to come to the right conclusion based on testimonies & evidence.
AH refused to hand over her devices for forensic examination. I don't know if the jury knew that but it was a major red flag, in fact, AH didn't present ANY EVIDENCE at all.
We all watched the trial, heard the testimonies & saw the evidence, it is clear to me that she admitted to writing the op-ed about Johnny &the audio's proved she was the aggressor & perpetrator of abuse, while AH proved that she is a malicious liar.
AH is just pissed because we don't believe her lies at all & we think she should be held accountable properly, with criminal charges.

I'm a Survivor that watched the entire trial and I'm a bisexual woman, I've also witnessed up close a man being abused by a woman and I believe Johnny because I watched the case and I heard the tapes that AH recorded and I watched her testimony. She's perjured herself in three Courts in three Countries!

Dauber is supposedly owning a law degree and yet she knew NOTHING about filing a brief. The rules of an amicus brief is that they must follow the SAME RULES AS THE APPEAL FOLLOWS. They must point out the parts of the hearing the had rules of the law and why it should be corrected. Instead this was nothing but useless waste of bandwidth to waste the time of the judges. These documents did nothing but (hopefully) destroy her filing.

She is being sued for liability on several charge's that seem sus to me from the beginning. Look her name up and the link between her and the soccer player. She was healthy enough to go out on the field days prior to her death. The only person supposedly to have seen her last was Ms. Dauber. From her post that are no longer on Twitter she has a really bad reputation for casing people harm.
I watched a video by another lawyer who said that dauber doesn’t not have a law degree, but she did study some law. dauber also has a problem with the truth, among other heinous, awful, lying things she’s said on SM.

I'm a 61-year-old disabled man I go to bed every night praying not to wake up because of the amount of pain I've been in but I'm a firm believer that every morning you wake up you must make the best of the day

Or… and this is based on standing case law… or those women can force the man to penetrate and then apply for child support naming their victim the father.
It worked against Shane seyer, Nick Olivas, and Nathanial J and their 12,13, and 14 respectively. Their baby momma:offenders were 17, 20, and 36 respectively.
Turns out, the courts found that those “men” all consented so much therefore pay child support.
Amber told the entire world that she was violated with a broken bottle and didn’t require medical attention.

They can't. The appeal is entirely about looking at evidence submitted during the trial and assessing the actions of the judge and jury and looking to see if any mistakes or discrepancies were made
@@tararaboomdiay1 the appellate courts are based in law, not facts, its not a rehash of the trial! What I was commenting about and thought was strange is the amicus brief in general! How can the courts allow that and they do allow it, that is what an amicus brief is!

The amicus briefs are supposed to be about the issues the appeal is dealing with - whether an error in process was made. That's why it's usually law experts. It's supposed to be stuff like "the judge did this wrong."

I feel everyone has moved on. I still miss seeing Johnnys face everyday. I generally only see stuff on RUclips, twitter, TikTok, instagram and Facebook. I saw somewhere that a few of these organizations did NOT give permission to have their names attached to this letter, see if you can somehow verify that. It would make for another story line of the author of this open letter lying, following in AH’s footsteps.

Why have trials even ,if women are supposed to be believed all the time? Justice is meant for everybody ,no matter what gender and I most certainly want Justice for all the innocent sons too.I have one and I want him to be protected against false accusations. I hope these organizations will come to their senses : Who wants a society without a court system anyway? Do mentioned organizations want street Justice ? Is that supposed to benefit women?
I fear for my son as well! A victim is a victim and it does not matter whether it is a man or a woman! To have to believe all women makes any view of actual facts and evidence irrelevant! Our legal system is supposed to be an examination based off of facts and evidence in an unbiased manner. Amber is attempting to make a mockery of our courts and legal system for her own personal gain. If she is allowed to get away with her actions it will be a horrific step backwards for the rights of all victims! Both men and women need to be able to feel they can stand up, speak out and be heard! Both men and women need to be embraced, protected and receive justice for abuse!

Most of the texts that he sent were to other people. Some were extremely horrendous, but who doesn’t say horrible things when venting about their SO with their friends? That doesn’t mean that you really want that stuff to happen.
I hoped a jury member would come out and speak on it too. What I'm about to say I hope I'm 100% wrong. I feel that these groups of people of AH followers, I mean supporters, will harass anyone especially someone with credibility to make their lives miserable. (They remind me of Scientology and the way they harass people, if anyone disagrees with them) the thing is I don't feel that they have to be as scared as maybe they are because they have the truth on their side. When you have the truth on your side it is much more powerful than people think.😁

Side-note- I really don't think they're doing what they think they're doing. They are a minority. The majority knows the truth and moved on. They just can't seem to do it.
There's actually a member of that jury that spoke out about the trial. Nate the Lawyer covered it in a video. Said jury member remained anonymous of course but gave insight on how the jury judgement went.
But if the jury had seen social media I would have thought it would have had the opposite effect, like surely the jury would feel sorry for her if that's the case. MeToo means MeToo. Why can't men not say MeToo aswell. It's absolutely ridiculous, we all saw and heard amber act like this sad sorry victim, she was so scared for her life, but then the audios showed completely the opposite, even if she hadn't admitted several times that she hit, punch and threw things at Johnny, she didn't act like this shrinking petrified woman that didn't have a voice like she tried portraying, that's where she fucked up massively. I don't think A.H willingly handed over those recording's,I wouldn't be surprised if Jonny's lawyer's had to do a lot of work to get those recording's.IfAH. lawyer's listened to them I don't think they would admit those as evidence as it wouldn't good for their client.

He even lost work and money. A British tabloid "verified" his abuser's lies and made him even less desirable to see in movies and listen to in the media/social media and news publications. She, however, kept her mouth running warm; even when she had nothing more to say. That's when she went and made s-it up! The woman seriously needs to learn to close her mouth.

Right, Christopher, re: page 12 comment on "common tactic for abuser to sue ..." AH recorded JD trying to STOP her from going to court so SHE wouldn't be dragged through the mud. He tried to protect her to the end!He knew this would be bad for her from a legal perspective (because the truth would come out) and horribly embarrassing for them both. She recorded her own abuse and thought she could twist it around, it backfired and she's bitter.
This will only make men and women hate feminism even more 😂.

THIS is why the courts should take PERJURY more seriously & CHARGE PEOPLE with perjury - IF AH & her witnesses would’ve been charged for all of their lies, I doubt things like this would happen. Send AH to Syria or Afghanistan.

@@thekitowl i thought this was just a filing from friend of court ie the other agencies not from Turd's lawyers so not her brief i did hear she had an extension to put that in but not sure on dates
@@Linababe1 her extended time took the new hand in date to the 23rd of November. I’ve seen if it’s sent electronically or by courier, another 48hrs is granted.
My biggest question in all of this is why is there not a male advocacy group in these cases?! As a boy mom I would hate for any girl to acuse my son of any wrongdoing just because they’re a girl. It is time for men to step us too and say enough is enough. Men get abused too and some are too afraid of speaking out because of ridicule. Our society has men in a macho bubble where they cannot express their emotions. Sad, but until we as a society can come together and understand that we all can be victims regardless of gender is when all these radical groups will end.
As a dv survivor I’m glad I don’t and never depended on these women for help I’d be ashamed. It was obvious she lied 🤥 it was obvious she abused him. Yes it was a toxic relationship but she is a true narc abuser!
