I’m right there with you. Most days there doesn’t seem to have enough hours….but I love planning and goal setting with you. It’s fun to celebrate our wins and learn from our struggles together
Aww that's so sweet! I agree that it's really nice to know that we're not alone...everybody is struggling with something. It's nice to share ideas back and forth too, because you might do something that I've never tried, and it might be a great solution!
I can relate to feeling overwhelmed. I am certainly not busy every minute of the day but I think it comes from wanting everything to be perfect, which can feel unattainable. I try to remind myself, quite often, one thing at a time. Praising myself for what's done and trying to let go of perfection.
I think being overwhelmed is a woman thing. We try to take on everything because it seems to me men don’t think that way. Then for some reason we feel like we have to do it all. Even as a single person I used to feel that way.
@@SandraDahl You may be right. I'm single and live with my mom. I always seem to find my mind going to what needs to be done next, or tomorrow or next week. It's hard to stay focused on now.
As a parent, there is nothing more important than your children’s health. Everything else should not take priority. What can possibly be more serious than your son’s health? You do and manage however which way that is necessary. It’s about him.
