Speaking about inner dialogue. A word to the guy named Ross (as far as I heard). Ross, you have a point obviously. This sounds like another "Lamb of God"-like clone and it actually was back then. 13-14 years ago, when they all were youngsters. Any band (most of bands) actually start as some kids-made clone of somebody great and famous. They start from covers, later they make something own but similar and later those of them who are able to makes something unique - create some own music. This band exists till now. They apparently prove they are able to make something own and it gets it's recognition. Their previous album reached, as I remember, top 7 in metal albums list at Spotify. They are touring all over the world. They take part at most big metal fests, like Wacken and Knotfest. They are often invited in tours by different bands like Slipknot or Disturbed. Just recently ended farewell tour with Sepultura. And so on. Back then they tried to copy LoG, nowadays they are playing alongside with the LoG at the same stage at Wacken etc. When P.O.D. records it's new album they invite to collab Randy from LoG and this girl. Back then they sounded kinda like SOAD at times, nowadays this bassist at Nik Nocturnal Awards 2024 takes the 4th place and Shavo - the 2nd. Back then their riffs was kinda interesting but sloppy, nowadays this guitarist is in a list of artists at Jackson guitars site and has his own signature Jackson guitar. For the shooter Metal Hellsinger it's creators invited to make a soundtrack a bunch of star metal singers, in particular - Serj from SOAD, Alissa from Arch Enemy, Randy, Matt from Trivium, Mikael from Dark Tranquility, Will from Lorna Shore, and, surprise-surprise, this girl. Moreover, up now this girl has collabs with such bands as P.O.D., Lions At The Gate (former Ill Nino), Twelve Foot Ninja, Decapitated, Suicide Silence (few) and recent live collab with Spiritbox. Many people think that this girl outshined Courtney in that performance. So Ross, sorry, I don't know your musical taste. But if you are interested in modern metal, especially progressive, like Meshuggah and Gojira, but with it's own sound - you are welcome. You'd be surprised at the progress of this band. And a word to another guy in a clown hat. Let's imagine you are the music producer. This young band comes to you and ask you to check them out, maybe to sign contract with them and so on. You listen to them, call them boring, sloppy, unable to keep a quality, give them 1.5 points in your cool rating (just like in this reaction) and kicked them out the door. Well, let me congratulate you, dude - you screwed up. This guys come to another producer, he makes some cool stuff with them - and voila, they are signed by Napalm Records. A few years pass - and their OMV and their live videos are most popular at Napalm youtube channel. A few years later Rick Rubin makes an offer to them to collab - and they decline it because they don't want to be under pressure from such an established producer. All in all they reach success, while you loose a chance to sign the artists with a great potential and obviously loose a bunch of money. So maybe you are not as much of a music expert as you try to appear. Think about it.
