Very strong message - the 4 lessons are gems! When something does not make sense do 4 things - remember God´s promises, rely on God´s plan, recognize God´s provision and rest in God´s presence.
Five years ago this happend.five years later i find it..and i love every word of it.Praise be to God.Thankyou very much for this video.

I came to know Jesus Christ in 1991, we had a visiting Pastor from USA, Skip Adams. I have often thought about this pastor, he made such an impact that night, my life was transformed and today Jesus is still the lover of my soul. Pastor Steve do you know Pastor Skip Adams by any chance? The church he visited in 1991 is Sharon Assembly of God in Cape Town, South Africa
Also Abraham failed in protecting both of them. A teaching of his failures and sins in this story line is needed.

Interesting…..how Hagar was consider a victim but, Isaac wasn’t being mistreated. I’m sure Ishmael/Hagar were being unbearable to Issac. Overall, when people get out of God’s path no one wins.

What if your storms are due to sin.
Repent BUT you will go trough the storm, repentance doesn't take the consequences of sin away.
Because you have repented it will change the meaning of your storm, you won't see it negatively, you will learn from it, you will make better decisions, you will be wise and won't sin again.
How was Jesus from the tribes of Joseph if He was from the tribe of Judah

I advise you to review your words about the Prophet Ibrahim that he does not know what he will do, because the truth is that you are the one who does not know that Ibrahim the Prophet and all the prophets are God’s elite in his creation and that they have reached the most wonderful things in humanity in terms of knowledge, faith and morals. Very disappointing at 16 minutes into it you mentioned... "Abraham just did what he was told', after Sarah blamed him for Hagar's pregnancy.
Where is the teaching of Abraham's sin doing what he was told by his wife, not being obedient to God's prophecy of Sara's pregnancy to come and not maintaining monogamy?

Very true all everyone focused on is Abraham had 2 wives smh but if we read the Bible properly we will see that it was Sarah that took Hagar to her husband

The bible just doesn't make sense. If Isaac was 3 years old, then if the difference is 10 years or longer then Ishmael was 13 years. As a 13 years old or older, then Ishmael was not a baby in the first that Hagar needed to tend to.
A 13-yr old needs his mother's guidance, yes?

It is So surprising that no one knows that the people (Jerusalem) that did Not believe the Christ, killed the Christ, and replaced the Christ with their doctrine. That is the definition of the Antichrist. They cause trouble for the Christ ians. Just like Ishmael caused trouble for Issac in:
Gal 4:29 But the other son of Abraham, who was born in the normal way (Through intercourse), caused trouble for the one who was born by the power of the Spirit (miracle). It is the same today.
It was Ishmael that was born only of the flesh. And he represents the earthly Jerusalem like it say in the scripture below. The earthly Jerusalem has no spirit because they can’t believe in Jesus. Today the fleshly Jews are our fathers of the flesh.
Heb_12:9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh (Jerusalem) which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
Gal_4:25 So Hagar is like Mount Sinai in Arabia. She is a picture of the earthly Jewish city of Jerusalem. This city is a slave, and all its people are slaves to the law.
Isaac was born of the spirit (miracle) birth to Sarah. Jesus was born of spirit (miracle) birth to Mary. Isaac was chosen by God, Jesus was Chosen by God. They together represent the born-again Christian as chosen by God. Which is the New Jerusalem Kindom Jesus brought 2000 years ago. It is still growing like a mustard seed. Abraham was promised Jesus (the seed) to bring this better land (New Kingdom)
Heb 11:16 But now they stretch forth to a better fatherland, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them.
Jesus also tells us of this.
Joh_14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Abraham is still alive today in a spiritual body in the heavenly land and saw it be fulfilled when Jesus came to earth.
Joh_8:56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.
Mat_22:32 I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.
They live today in Heaven.
The only reason you would want to be of Ismael is that you want to inherit the physical land of a physical Jerusalem and not the spiritual heavenly land.
Gal 4:30 But what do the Scriptures say? "Throw out the slave woman and her son Ishmael! The son of the free woman will receive everything his father has, but the son of the slave woman (Jerusalem) will receive nothing."
