Came here from Crafsman! this channel is high quality and underrated and deserves way more than 400 subscribers, surely his new vid featuring you will bump up those numbers and get this channel the attention it deserves!
Thank you for the kind words! Crafsman is just the best, aint he? What a beautiful soul. So honored to have been featured on one of his videos. Can't nobody make videos like he can
after watching this i can't believe y'all don't even have 1000 subs!! there are channels with 100k that are inferior in production/content to you guys. Please please make more videos, they're fun to watch and you're helping bring more attention to our little scene.
Thank you, James! This is the most comprehensive video on painting sofubi! I paint Gundam and collect sofubi. I was unsure of the process of painting sofubi and was afraid to try until I saw this vid. Gonna pick up some of your paints and give it a try! Thank You! Great video!
Crafsman sent me along, I wasn't aware that you had a RUclips and I'm looking forward to watching more of your process 😀 I'm itching to create something in sofubi now as I've only worked with resin up to this point 😅
Your dogs are cool. Clover has advanced cataracts. It is seen that he is of legal age. Do not touch her. Additionally, eye surgery to remove a cataract in a dog costs US$4,200. 😬 On the other hand, I have healthy envy of you. You have the workshop that every artist dreams of. Everything is planned in your workshop. Order and safety in the workplace is a guarantee of success. I know vinyl toy manufacturers who paint on the balcony of their apartment, with the consequent disapproval of the neighbors. 😂 Thank you for this video, it is very complete. I have seen many videos on assembling and painting parts and it doesn't teach even a tenth of this. Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks for sharing this video.🙏👍❤🙂
Thanks so much! I'm glad you found it helpful! Clover is actually only 2 years old. She has a birth defect called micropthalmia as a result of her double merle genes. We've taken her to a specialist who has assured us the blood tears are a normal part of her eyes closing up naturally. We know they can look alarming, but she is not in any pain and they are a normal occurrence for her. Eye removal was an option for us, but when she was a baby she still had a tiny bit of sight. We chose not to take that from her and to let them close on her own. The specialist said that by the time she's around 4 years old they will be closed. She's on prescription eye drops for now. Thank you again for watching!
I hope it doesn't make your case worse. She is a very beautiful dog. Don't stop taking care of her. Animals give us so much for nothing. Thank you for the work you put into making these entertaining and informative videos. May your business always be thriving.@@vinylwonder
Great video! Love the Crafsman bot. What do you think is the lower limit in terms of temperature for painting with vinyl paints? I work in the garage because of the fumes, but it's unheated and it's starting to get close to freezing where we live.
We recommend people spray between 60 and 90 for best results, but I've painted at much colder temperatures (and also hotter temps) and gotten away with it. Airbrushing clear coat or certain metallic colors are the ones that you really have to be careful of blushing when it's too cold or wet. My method of dealing with the cold is by turning on a radiant space heater that blasts me and my spraying area and keeps the freshly painted toys warm. It can be a little tricky painting like this, but you get used to it pretty fast, and you'll end up forming a technique that works for your conditions.

What’s the material of your thinner squeeze bottle? That looks like such a convenient tool
You can find them online! They're just called Solvent Squeeze Bottles.
Can isopropyl alcohol be used to thin or clean vinyl paint?
No, only vinyl thinner can break down vinyl paint.
Vulture fren! 🥲🥰
