Great video. But as a resident since 2012, I encourage you to do more research on the Trinity town center. It was built and had been empty way before 2020 as you stated. It was a complete disaster until last year. It was an eyesore for over 10 years. Thanks for the positives of our beloved town.!

I grew up in Trinity and lived there for around 16 years. It's a nice and safe suburban area for families, still lots of room for growth, and the schools are pretty good. Commuting to Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete will be brutal (1hr+ in peak traffic), so it's probably not worth it if you need to commute. It's also not very walkable, so that's something to consider as well. If you're looking to live closer to the city/beaches and want a shorter commute, look a little more South. Would I move back though? I would definitely consider Trinity if I had a young family and didn't need to commute to Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete.

Trinity is the hoyte toyte area that people want to live in just to say they live there. Boy did they get sold out. I look at it as a lot nice looking homes but they are built cheaply. I have relatives and friends that live there. It can also flood because it's on a low land cow pastures, to me swamp land. it also has a lot of sinkholes. If you want to go to the beaches, you'll have go south west of Tarpon to find nice beaches on the gulf. To me, Trinity is not that close to the nice beaches. If you have a boat, you can get out and hit Anclote Key or head south to Three Rooker, Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands. I live in Clearwater, right by the beach. I do have a boat. I was born here. I like it here better. That Trinity area was built on a giant ranch and Boot Ranch there as well. We used to go drag racing out there. There was nothing there but cow pastures and swamp land. That's why no one lived there.

Village of Ottawa Hills within Toledo, Ohio. 43606 Gorgeous, classic architecture, old money neighborhood that shares its zip code with, well, not Ottawa Hills. 😉
