This can be interpreted as a compliment but also as a good ol' bit of trolling as the Prussian army had fallen into stagnation after Frederick's glory and they still fought largely the same as they did in his day. The French soldier was a completely different animal and greatly outperformed the Prussian one as they were absolutely NOT fighting the previous war anymore, thereby allowing Friedreich, in a way, to be the tool whereby Napoleon could indeed be standing there.

@@Arikian Well, some kind of constitutional monarchy could be helpful. That kind of monarchy were the monarch is official the head of the country but has defacto no political power. A bit like Germany has its "Bundespresident". A Monarch could give his people and the politicians some direction, something to beleve in. Think of "monarchies" like the Netherlands or Norway or Sweden etc. I hope you get my point.

@@MitchMaker I don't entirely disagree but giving the monarch zero power is a bad idea it basically isn't a monarchy just a bunch of useless people in a palace at that point.
If I had to be objective about the best culture with the best values I would have to say: German! And if you like management/organisation you have to like Germans.
