It just heavily varies depending on who you get paired with. A lot of times Hunter is easy because sometimes people don't even play the game, they just sit and do nothing. And its 3x as likely for that to help you rather than hurt you if you are the hunter. But KokomiClan is definitely right that if all 3 rebels play decently and coordinate some, the hunter simply gets steamrolled. The hunter has to get a lucky capture very early on to be able to have a chance in that case. Its a lot easier to run back and forth between 2 rebels and scare them from repairing than it is 3.

I thought i was the weird one for not finding a reason to use disguises but apparently no.
The disguises are useless in a team setting - because you want to draw the hunter's attention and let tge other two quickly fix the machine
