Fighting which cyber crime? Is the duty of the federal government to fight cybercrime for the banks that you and have business relationship with. I can see people don't know their right in Nigeria. There is nothing like cybersecurity levy in any sane country. Your banks owe you the duty to protect your digital transaction as well as the CIA of your information system under its custody and the CBN has no business doing that for you. There is no SLA you have with CBN.
