To unlock this mission, you have to first download UltraEdit - www.ultraedit.... (which you can download for a free 30 day trial, and it is completely safe/virus free) and then open the save file (df2plyrs.sav), which you can access by going onto the game in your steam library, right clicking on 'properties', going to the 'local files' tab and then clicking on 'browse local files'. Run UltraEdit and copy paste the pathway to the save file, and open the file with Ultra Edit.
When you are inside this file, you have to look some of the firsts 10 lines. When you find any line with this parameter: 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00, just change the fifth 00 to 01, so the line reads 01 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00.
As for the mission, I head straight from where I started, and then once I reach a certain point where the terrain provides a good vantage point, laser designate the SCUD launcher. This kills some hostiles, and I snipe the remainder.
As I progress through the hills to the second objective, I have to snipe quite a few guards in difficult places.
At the second objective, I encounter some difficulty when the helicopter starts shooting at me, but I have not had a chance to clear the base of hostiles. As such, I think quickly on my feet and use the mountainside as cover, blow up the helicopter and then laser designate the remaining SCUD launchers.
At the evacuation point, there are some hostiles waiting to ambush you, but if you take the route I took, you should be able to complete the mission before they have a chance.
