I'd say this is a solid B+, it needs to be upgradable in the mobile command center, a turret with .50 cal on top, sandbags on the hood, spare tire out back on the hatchback, a large radio antenna, ammo cans, most importantly a snorkel intake and tall side exhaust along with directional explosive armor would have made this thing an A+. That's just my opinion. The front end machine guns are just gimmicky but the anti-rocket protection is nice.

Agreed. The Nightshark will tank a full barrage of rockets from a MkII, which is way more frustrating to a try hard than not being able to lock on at all.
In one agency mission the girl and Franklin mention they know you have a Penthouse and a Yacht if you own both, that's a cool little detail. I think in the future all characters and NPC's will have an A.I. system like Alexa but programmed with unique personalities... maybe we'll see that in GTA 6.

Squaddie snorkel does not work. It’s the fact the exhausts are that high. If the exhaust is submerged the vehicle will die, same for EVERY land vehicle in gta
thats not true. you can clearly see in the video that the exhaust is above the water...there are dummys in the model that determine how deep the car can go.

You cant make it like a humvee bc of the exhausts being in the very back instead of infront of the rear driver tire but you can get pretty close

That's not true at all. It has to do with your wheels being on solid ground or not and whether you are making forward progress or not.
