Some people just aren't criers, Id imagine someone who could do what she did wouldn't be. But if you're trying to appeal to people like that, you need emotion, thats what gets to people. It also stated that she was on medication and not taking it. The poor man tried everything and his family told him that she needed professional help; the problem is you can't just force someone to go to therapy.
