- Ever wondered the difference between a Wireless & Standard Power Supply?
In this video I touch base and demonstrate real time for you all the differences on a wireless power supply vs standard power supply. I ago in depth, I let you all hear and see the differences first had right here on this video.
For me personally I don't notice any apparent difference upon using either of the power sources. The standard supply works great and the wireless power supply works great! This would be a truly subjective matter and I feel a to each their own basis. There are some pro's and con's when using either power supply in which I also touch base on in this video.
I am demonstrating with my CNC-Q2's and with my CNC-WE tattoo machines.
If I didn't touch base on something that you may have wanted to know, please feel free to drop a comment below and I will do my best to guide you in the best possible direction.

Hey Daniel , have you looked at the new Mast Tour Pro Plus? cheers bro. great work!
I too use a wireless supply and it’s a good way to go just a preference
I agree. I also felt it was a subjective type of thing.
I personally prefer wireless.
so i thought that the second you turn the wireles on i thought you start loosing power. But that it wrong?
So I would prefer wireless but I’ve noticed that it feels like there’s a very lowkey power difference. Let’s say I run my power supply at 8.0V it feels like it’s running at 8.5V comparatively to my wireless battery. It’s like my critical shorty battery/all my wireless power supply’s don’t have the same amount of “punch” as my wired power supplie. Lately I’ve run into issues with getting solid one past lining at my usual eight or 8.5 V and I’m using a 4 mm stroke Solterra from Cheyenne but if I put it on my power supply at 8.5 V it’s absolutely perfect. But then again, if I go up past nine it starts to get really bouncy and I’m not sure why I really hope to figure this out.
humm the cncq2 recommend that only rca cable is used on it , have u notice any difference when using battery pack on it ?
For me personally I have used the Q2 with a wireless power supply for a loooong time. And on both of my Q2’s.
I don’t notice the difference or hasn’t impacted my machine in a negative way. I think it’s like a precaution to protect longevity of the machine.
I do plan on trying to get my hands on the new critical wireless power supplies. I think if you have a quality power supply you will be a bit better off over a power supply that has an unstable current.
@@DanielYuck nice , yeah critical is great `` powersupply `` but the price for those two are massive hehe but u get what u pay for thats for sure comes to critical , if you have any suggestions of good battery packs that last longer than 3 - 4 hours im all ears , maybe you tried out the mast ones ?
@@Denka187 I think the battery life of each and every battery will range from person to person. Some tattooist run their machines at 8-9 volts which will result in a shorter battery life.
Another tattooist can be running their setup at say 6-7 volts and get an hour or so longer over a tattooist running at a higher voltage.
I would recommend this one right here from amazon Wireless Power Supply

@@DanielYuck thanks for answer , will have a look - found that pedal one i was talkin bout , its called Enzo Battery & Pedal System from worldwidetattoo .
@@Denka187 That is sick!
I am going to check it out, I think having a pedal with a wireless machine would be so sick!!
Thank you for sharing bro, I appreciate you!
had someone use a wireless for my most recent and it was garbage, i could feel it did not have the same consistency in power as a standard
Probably feel equal cuz those power supplies are only supplying 2 amps of power if that. Which would be about the same as a battery.
