If you pay attention Moeka has 10 cards total before the +32 and when she finishes receiving cards she’s at 38 so she didn’t even receive all 32 cards which could have meant the pile of cards was empty (I don’t know the rules of online Uno but I assume the deck isn’t infinite) so maybe that’s why the game broke? Because if she received all 32 cards she would have had 42 cards in her hand.
