      Wait I have flat feet too- I do ballet and it’s so hard to go on Pointe ( pointe shoes ) when I have flat and not flexible feet- does this mean I SHOULDENT get the stretcher?

    Wait I have flat feet- I do ballet and it’s so hard to go on Pointe when I have flat and not flexible feet- does this mean I SHOULDENT get the stretcher?

    You mentioned taping the foot for plantar fasciitis so it springs properly. I have flat feet. How would I do this?

    Question: do these decrease hiper extension?
