Wow I can’t believe they sent it like that for all that money you paid for them shades. And not them sending a cheap ass pouch to keep em in. Girl you better than me cause I woulda called them but the shades do look good on you !!!
Yeah girl, they thought that just because they put it in a bag that I shouldn’t care that it was just put in a box with no protection. I would’ve maybe felt a little better about it if it came with an actual case. I thought about calling but I know they would’ve said that there’s nothing they can do. And thank you girl, at least I ended up loving the sunglasses!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Well get a load of this. Versace sent my $500+ silk scarf in plastic in a regular brown box. It was not in a Fendi or Fendace box or dust bag or tissue paper. I contacted them by phone and email and they lied and said that is the way they send it. I watched RUclipsrs unboxing their scarves and they were in nice Fendace dust bags and boxes. Some of the people sending things were very sloppy with their packaging.
Omg this makes me even more mad!!! 😡 I’m so sorry that happened to you!!! That is totally unacceptable! If they ran out of Fendace boxes, I know there was a Versace box somewhere they could’ve used. They have some nerve trying to lie about it. Anyone with common sense would probably know that any item you buy from a luxury store/website will come in a branded box. This was a highly anticipated collab and they totally dropped the ball when it comes to online orders. So many people had quality or customer service issues!! Just cause we didn’t order a handbag doesn’t mean you can just be careless with how you send our pieces. I hope that at least there were no issues with your scarf!! Thank you for sharing!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I can’t believe they emailed you that the order was cancelled and they ended up being delivered to you. How does that happen?????? They could’ve at least sent it in a smaller box so they aren’t sliding around. But the sunglasses are pretty 🔥
I still have to no clue what could’ve happened besides it being just human error. The order numbers match in all the emails so it was intended for me. I feel bad for complaining cause I got my order but it’s still weird. I thought about the smaller box too cause that’s how ray bans are shipped to you. Thanks girl, I do love them!!! ❤️❤️❤️
