How do they do this in mass production? Looks like it takes time inside the temperature controlled chamber to apply. Takt time seems high for mass production. Also needs high level of cleanliness which I think that’s not an issue.
@@JeromeDemers part of the deposition process (well, the pyrolysis part) is at temperature, but deposition is around ambient (25-ish C) - there are plenty of mass-production vapor deposition processes used - you could even farm out the parts to numerous job shops that will coat the boards up for you (you populate the board, then apply the parylene as a conformal coating over everything to provide moisture resistance)

I had the 3 and currently have 4 and have ordered the 5. Never had an issue with the 3 or 4 so I mean an upgrade to durability would make it even better. I was not even aware of the upgrade to that.
@artstreak5346 Fold. There is a crease slightly but unless you look at your phone from a side on angle for some reason you'll never notice it to be honest. I've never been hindered or annoyed by its existence.

Lol i have m51 and 2020 midranger of samsung it had amoled screen and 730g 4g chip but best mid range you could get lol phone still runs on android 12 and july 2023 patch but my this phone had 7000mah cell inside and battery lasts ages in all 2.7 years i only had 374 charging cyles and it charged in 115 min from 25 watt i want samsung to make a phone like this with 7 plus gen2 it had single speaker still great headphone jack dual sim along with decated micro sd support yeah it was plastic who cares it is so good that despite using s22 plus i using my main sim in this still a nice daily driver also tells most users dont need all that power 730g still chugs along fine handles most games too

Wonderful outer display but I feel that Motorola should've have increased the specs over and beyond Samsung in every way just to get it's foot in the door as the best flip phone, and be known for that. The processors should be not the ones Samsung used 2 years ago but the latest. Maybe even added a extendable storage just to get reel in more custom. Missed a trick here.

People who complain about the processor in a phone are not actual users of the phone. At this point, processor improvements make no practical difference to the user, most of the performance is lost in poor software optimization.

The perforations on the perforated looking wire are actually "Vias", basically vertically strips of wire that are usually grounded. This helps against interference from other signals nearby. They refer to these as Via shields, Via fences (or) Stitching Via's
I am a maintenance supervisor for multi family housing. I got my tmobile version day 1 release with a gear4 case. I am rough on my phones and this thing takes a beating hands down. Of course any phone without a case is not ideal but the Razr+ is just as good phone as anything on the market. Good entertainment to watch but realisticly if you case your phone and dont drop it in a mud puddle you're going to be fine.
