Sony WX-900BT Car Stereo CD player Buttons Broken or Frozen

I unplugged the hands free mic and problem resolved. Can live without it considering how much work it was for this install.

Had similar problem with my wx-gt90bt, was just the volume wheel not working unplug it and it works, stops working as soon as I pop the wire back in :/

Make sure the bluetooth jack is connected to the red colour bluetooth input at the backside. If connected wrongly then the buttons would not respond.

Raj Raj i am having the same problem, any confirmation this fixes long term? My bluetooth mic is not hooked up at all

By the jack you mean the wiring behind the harness?

They sent me out a new unit, plugged it in and it has worked perfect since.

We are having the same issue we will try unplugging the hands free mic anybody have any other solution
