I think if you aply the apinach ground to thick paste and apply in the walls if tandoir and ten use tandoir after it dries it will give goid results your roti will jot stick. You can also rub onion or potatoes on the sides to season tandoor

One part cement and 3 part sand.
If you are preparing filing for sides, than 1 part cement, two parts sand and one part gravel for concrete.

Question. Can I use regular cement for the siding fillings? Or it has to be special high temperature cement?
Hi Sahil, I have used normal cement, it was not high temp cement. As per my experience, there is no issue to use normal cement. I am still using this Tandoor and its working is perfect.
