I saw a very similar looking restaurant in Tokyo when visiting especially that menu which i remember. I wonder if maybe they got a franchise. I didnt try this ramen though but i do remember the food being solid overall.

as mentioned, a lot of places would ask to customers to order at least 1 dish per person, the only exception are small children.
