I would talk to a SLP in your area but one thing to try is Google search “minimal pairs word level front - back sound”
what does it mean to hear crackling near ear while puffing cheeks?
Likely your eustachian tube dilating and allowing air to flow into your middle ear cavity.
Do it if you want to get your joints snap out of the sockets
Go see a medical professional if that is the case, under normal conditions this shouldn’t cause this to go out of joint.
Does this exercise increase face length?
I would consult with a ENT MD about anything related to facial structure changes.
