I had the same experience towards the end of April, Kelly. I was doing so well until I had a hormonal breakout that was also worse than I’ve gotten before. It set me back so much as I struggle a lot with post inflammatory marks. Slowly but surely they have been fading but now I have ordered the numbuzin no 5+ serum because of your videos, and the Tiam vita b5 toner as well. The products that I’ve gotten per your videos work so well for me! I’m excited to start this brightening journey and hope that my hormonal breakouts minimize as I have been struggling with it since I turned the age of 21 I am now 25. It's really amazing to look back and see how we have evolved from past versions of ourselves, isn't it? Oh yes I can be a huge bundle of anxiety! I've learned some things through the years that have allowed me to work on having more peace with my thoughts than being captive to them and that has really helped so much! YES to mindful moments. If we knew all the stress-induced (or at least stress-exacerbated) illnesses we are preventing by slowing down and taking care of ourselves FIRST before we take care of others, we'd be really prioritizing it. Don't let getting an auto immune disorder be the first sign you need to slow down cuz by then --- it's too late. In recovery now and FINALLY learning this. My therapist gave me a one month sheet where I can stick gold stars for each day I take 5 minutes to close my eyes and notice my breathing.
You know, Kelly ... just realized I found your channel because my cheeks are so red and sensitive, I started looking on skincare websites that recommended you and Dr Dray. Sensitive skin is the FIRST sign that something can be going on inside that's not to your benefit. It took me YEARS to finally figure it out and now my sensitive tingling alerts me to danger and I love and appreciate it! I was living in a house with a leak that grew mold. My work and life stress exacerbated my allergic reaction to it. Now in treating the stress and calming my nervous system, etc, the red is going down. Except in times of danger! And then I know to get out or stop eating what I'm eating or drinking - I'm allergic to it and it's not good for me.

My personal experience: it was too intense for my skin (like.. redness and irritation higher on my cheeks?) and the texture wasn’t my favorite, a bit heavy and a touch tacky (medium-heavy, like heavier than Cos de Baha azelaic acid but not as tacky). I also didn’t notice any improvements to the texture or evenness of my skin after about 3 weeks of using it once sometimes twice a day. So pretty though!

I think it's similar to the weight and texture of Roundlab, maybe a touch more hydrating but it's hard to say, they are very similar. I have some pimples right now and they seem to be soothed by the centella and heartleaf in the Numbuzin!
Lovin’ your hair today!! Have you tried Sukoyaka Suhada urea moisture lotion? It’s J-beauty but I love it. It’s a clear watery texture but totally gives that I’m completely hydrated feeling😊 Thx for all you do Kelly…you’ve helped me change my skin😊
Save the bottle for the mini so u can refill it for travel ..lol thats what i do if i have a mini and a big size i can refill . I definitely plan on trying this toner. We have the same toner needs and i have loved everyone i have got from ur recs and i am almost finished with the Etude song Jung 2x so ill replace that one with this even though i have other toners i use layer and interchange. Ill try the Differn patches too also been getting a few chin breakouts but regular patches dont seem to do it for me i like the mironeedle ones but its hard to find good ones.

I've been enjoying the is clinical face wash and peach slices snail mucin jelly mask this month. Also, Joanna Vargas has some great sheet masks, and they have about a weeks worth of serum leftover! They make me look like I've just had a facial ❤ About how long is olive youngs shipping? I've been curious to make an order, but I really don't like waiting months for an order 😂 I guess I should work on my patience during my meditation time lol Progressive Muscle Relaxation has also been helping me release my anxiety out of my body.

Yes you can use any face wash on the body, especially if it's something that wasn't great for your face!

For morning :
1.Gentle cleanser ( which remove sunscreen and daily makeup when I used it at night glycerine must)
2. Brigthing serum ( which can reduce large open pores, blackheads, whiteheads, foreheads painful tiny bumps, slightly wrinkles on forehead, acne spots and remove around the mouth area pigmentation and check area niacinamide and peptides must)
3. Cermaide moisturizer ( hyaluronic acid must non greasy non sticky lighting skin)
4. Sunscreen cream ( hyaluronic acid must oil free matte remove dark circles )
5. Spf tinted lip balm ( non glossy cermaide must)
For night:
1. Cleansing balm ( which remove all the waterproof sunscreen and makeup especially not sting eyes remove excess sebum, clean out clogged pores, blackheads and whiteheads. remove dead skin cells and I am very lazy so I bought something that creates foam and cleans everything well sometimes so that I don't have to do the next step of the gentle cleanser by adding extra)
2. Lip balm ( kojic acid must remove dryness make soft smooth pink lips non tinted tan darkness pigmentation removal)
3.Eyelashes growth thick long big serum( 100% non damaging ingredients must)
4. Brighting nice small fragrance like perfume underarm roll on ( alcohol free must )

Really? It's not suitable for those who have hormonal acne? I heard its very hydrating
@@emmagal14 I have sensitive skin but no acne. It was over two years ago and the reformulation might be better now. Just my personal experience with it. 😊
