I bought mine approximately two years and nine months ago. Battery health is at 90%. That will get me into the iPhone 17 and at that point this phone will be four years old so it’s turned out to be a good investment. Good hand me down for the kids.
I have no idea the answers to any of these questions, sorry. I can tell you that after a little over 1 year of use of the iPhone 13 mini, I inherited an iPad mini 5th generation. That’s why I hardly use my iPhone 13 mini for media consumption- I only use it for necessary tasks. That saved the battery I think. I use the iPad for everything I can so that I can extend the battery life of my iPhone 13 mini. I bought the iPhone 13 mini in January or February 2022. It’s now November 2024 and still on 90% health. ALSO - I try to use the iPhone on LOW POWER mode anytime I can.
My 13 mini is 2,5 years old and has 85% battery capacity. Easily last me a whole day with 25% to spare before bed time. My usual screen on time is 3 hours ( mostly social and you tube ) The best phone ever - great performance, decent camera and that ease of use. I don’t consider it a small phone on daily basis but when compared with S24 Ultra the latter seems like a tablet, not a phone.
I bought mine today for £300 pretty much mint. They will likely never make an iPhone Mini ever again, the only way I will regret it is if a flagship mini android or iPhone comes out in the next few years with USB C. Lightning really sucks.
This will be my main iphone but only if my mom and dad will allow me upgrading IOS but unfortunately, my family doesn't because they love android than IOS
