Everytime I watch an Inspirational story like this I start to tear up. I have gone through a similar story and everytime I watch back on some of these I realize the beauty of Triathlon being such a personal and invidual sport. Ben fatto. Well played. Respect.
Great story and so inspirational. In 2020, I was over 260 lbs and couldn’t run 1/4 mile. I made a contract with myself during the darkest days of the pandemic stuck in my house during lockdown fearing Covid because I had developed breathing issues and my Dr. told me I was at a very high risk of severe complications. I’ve since lost 90 lbs and just finished my first 70.3 a couple weeks ago in Wisconsin. I fell so much better about my health and this is given me the confidence to make my life better in so many ways. I finally feel that I deserve a good life. So much of your journey, experiences and comments resonates with me. I’m committed to do my first full Ironman next year.

Great achievement Charlie. I watched my first IronMan in Taupo, 4 years ago and each time bar one of those years, I've returned to watch the inspiration that happens as night falls. For 3 of those years I resisted the temptation to enlist, with this year, 2018 we did not attend. That break away is what I needed to get my head straight and make 'that' decision that it was time to line up in 2019. My goal, like yours Charlie, is to simply finish. I'll think about travelling to the moon with you after that.

Why this Freaking Inspirational Atom Bomb so low on Views and Likes...I have seen worst Inspiring videos get hundred thousands of likes and views. I am inspired from this Video and I ain't gonna stay silent. I will share it on every platform. There is someone like me..who once was super active but went silent and gained lazy attitude towards evrything...this video inspired me to the teeth and bone. There are people who need such gentle push towards their path of better healthier living.
