This guy was right. PhDs in Ghana don’t have jobs in our country besides if they travel abroad they are not even recognized they still have to go to school before they can get a comfortable job. Ghana system sucks it needs to be fixed.

The bitter truth, i was earning less than 3000 cedis as professional teacher with over ten years but you will be surprise at the amount i earn here. In my current school all teachers have cars including cleaners. Teachers are well equipped over here. God have mercy on Ghana.
